5.既保障供应，又防止浪费流失，积极做好节水、节电工作，建立责任包干制和巡回检查制度，与奖惩挂钩。

6.坚持每周一、四上午巡回上门零星维修服务。

7.合理使用和严格管好维修经费，接受甲方的审计。

8.完不成目标要求，接受甲方处理。

三、工程质量：

四、施工安全
